Eclipse IDE for Java Developers
Plain vanilla C/C code can be written without using the Qt Cross Platform Framework libraries. (Yet, with Qt Framework, one can also write C/C apps for iOS and Android on macOS.). Avoid Eclipse for C/C development for now on Mac OS X v10.6 (Snow Leopard). There are serious problems which make debugging problematic or nearly impossible on it currently due to GDB incompatibility problems and the like.
